How do I request a commissioned painting?
- Kindly reach out to me at info@luciamarmolart.com for more information. Please note that a 50% deposit will be required once ready to proceed with the commission.
Where do you sign your paintings?
- I typically add my signature to the back of my paintings. But feel free to reach out to me if you would like the front signed as well.
What are the care instructions for my painting?
- Paintings should be displayed behind a glass frame (not included) to protect it from the elements.
- Please note that all original artwork is varnished to seal the integrity of the inks.
How are your prints and functional art products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my prints and functional art products order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at info@luciamarmolart.com
I received a wrong/damaged print and/or functional art product, what should I do?
I'm so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email me at info@luciamarmolart.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
