Hi future collector! I understand that making a large purchase online can be a bit daunting. So, I'd like to help alleviate any concerns you may have. If you have any questions or need more information about a particular painting before making a purchase, please don't hesitate to contact me at  info@luciamarmolart.com. I'm more than happy to assist you in any way I can!

  • Refunds will only be issued if the artwork arrives damaged. All other sales are final.
  • Please provide photos of the damage within 30 days from the delivery date to info@luciamarmolart.com
  • Please return it in the original packaging if possible.
  • I will provide a paid shipping label for you to return the piece. 
  • Your refund will be processed when the return has been received.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting us at info@luciamarmolart.com

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at info@luciamarmolart.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@luciamarmolart.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
