- I offer free priority shipping in the US via United States Postal Service (USPS) and it typically takes 3-5 days to arrive at its destination
- Please advise if you would prefer another shipping method and/or would like to add insurance before making your purchase. Reach out to me directly at info@luciamarmolart.com
- Artwork is shipped after payment clears
International
- If you would like to purchase an original painting and are an international collector, please reach out to me directly via email at info@luciamarmolart.com before making your purchase so I can work with you and your preferred method of shipping.
- Shipping and insurance costs will be paid by the buyer

Prints and Other Print-on-Demand Items
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated to take between 3-4 business days.
Where will my order ship from?
I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities nationwide.
Do you ship worldwide?
I currently ship in the US only.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with me at info@luciamarmolart.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
